Ms Huang-Nissen's own bi-cultural life, training and professional experiences uniquely prepared her to provide cross-cultural consultation. For example, Ms. Huang-Nissen has coached non-Asian managers regarding Asian cultural values and Asian communicative behavior and helped these managers motivate and manage their Asian employees effectively.

For Asian professionals, Ms. Huang-Nissen has had extensive experience in helping them understand and adapt to their organizational culture and succeed in the work place. Ms. Huang-Nissen also facilitated cross-cultural mentoring processes for her clients, and occasionally has served as a consultant related to cross-cultural conflict resolutions.
