In today's turbulent work place where change is constant and the future uncertain how do we manage our career and grow personally and professionally? Are we aware of the career challenges facing Asian Pacific Americans? Do we understand the effect of cultural values on career development? How do we overcome barriers to career success? What is your organization's organizational culture, and how do we adapt to it?
This experiential workshop will provide an opportunity for participants to explore these questions and develop concrete strategies for career success.
In today's fast-paced world, are you able to maintain a balanced life? Have you listened to the voices from within? As Asian women, have you experienced cultural and social barriers that prevent you from achieving gender equality and full participation in our society? Do you have self-limiting mindset that needs to be removed? Do you find time and energy to develop your full potentials?
Using Tai Ji, meditation, sacred dialogue, and deep listening, this experiential workshop is designed for participants to explore these issues and develop strategies to integrate body, mind and spirit to become the empowered women.
