Program Design

As a Senior Human Resource Specialist at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, Ms. Huang-Nissen designed, and successfully implemented three diversity initiatives: Diversity Dialogue Groups, Cross-cultural Mentoring and Asian Career Development. The Diversity Dialogue Groups Program has been subsequently implemented in three other organizations. Huang-Nissen Associates are sensitive to unique client environment and are dedicated to serving client needs.
